A Parent's Testimonial- Run by an administration who likes to eliminate anyone [who] simply doesn’t fall in line

This is a relatively small school that offers convenient daycare options and small classes that utilize Montessori method of teaching. However, it is run by an administration who likes to eliminate anyone simply doesn’t fall in line. The administration follows an elitist attitude that favors certain children based on their pedigree and wealth and mistreats parents when they question anything. The board consists of parents who is of the administration’s choice and are asked to donate to join. And some board members are mostly there to get preferential treatment for their kids or prestige. Therefore, there is practically no oversight. If you question the school, you will be blacklisted or simply let go claiming that you lost trust of the school. In normal schools such decisions are a collective decision by the board but here they seemed to be made by one person in the administration. This can be a toxic place for your family if you are not royalty.
